Returns & Refunds Policy

At Harmony Healing Collective, we take great care in creating and delivering products and services that align with your wellness journey. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.

Products

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products - crafted in small batches using natural ingredients - we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at harmonycollectiveonline@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

Services

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We understand life happens. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee.

No-Shows:
Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full service fee.

Refunds for Services:
All services are non-refundable once provided.
